The things that used to work, like cutting calories or hitting the gym hard, just don’t anymore, or even backfire. Maybe you’ve started gaining weight out of nowhere, or your emotions feel more intense or unpredictable than usual, and no one around you seems to get it.
If that’s you, I see you. I’ve been there too. My Story (And Why This Program Had to Exist)
Before I was a menopause coach and nutritionist, I was working in a high-stress law firm. It was draining. I often cried at my desk. Then came perimenopause. The weight gain, the anxiety, the hair loss. I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and completely out of touch with my body. I relied on sugar and comfort food to get through my day. It felt like I was unravelling. And when I tried to “fix it” by skipping meals and overexercising, I ended up gaining even more weight.
Doctors dismissed me. Some even told me that my vegan diet was part of the problem. At times, I felt pressured to choose between my ethics or my health. I felt invisible and like my body was out of control. But giving up my vegan values was never an option, and I wasn’t ready to give up.
I started exploring meditation, yoga nidra, mindset, and embodiment practices. I took a menopause coaching course and a meditation teacher training – at first to help myself. Slowly, I began to feel alive in my body again. The anxiety softened. My relationship with food shifted. I stopped the cycle of stress eating and dieting, and started nourishing myself in a way that respected both my health and my values. I lost the weight without harsh restrictions, and for the first time in a long time, I felt at peace with myself.
That’s when I knew I had to create something to help other women through this too.
The Deeper Problem Behind the Weight Gain
Most women I work with don’t come to me just to “lose weight.” They come to feel like themselves again.
