How long will it take to see results?The timeline for seeing results varies depending on your individual symptoms and goals. It also depends on your own personal efforts in between sessions -- you get out of it what you put in! You may begin to notice positive changes within a few weeks. More significant shifts may take a couple of months as your body adjusts to new habits. Remember, menopause coaching is about creating sustainable, long-term changes, so the focus is on gradual progress rather than quick fixes. Throughout the process, I'll be here to support you, making adjustments as needed to ensure you're moving toward your desired outcome.

How does the coaching take place?Sessions are 60 minutes long and take place by Zoom.

What is chat support?Coaching clients get access to chat support outside of coaching sessions. In our portal, you can text me questions and I will answer you within 48 hours on weekdays (usually sooner!). Chat support lasts the length of your package from date of purchase.

What happens in the coaching sessions?Initially, we will figure out what is most important to you and come up with a menopause goal. From there, the sessions will vary. Our time together can be focused on nutrition, movement strategy, mindset around menopause, stress reduction, body image, sleep habits, guided embodiment or meditation, or whatever you want to work on and discuss!

What is your refund policy?If coaching is not working out for you, I offer refunds for unused sessions, minus a $100 administrative fee, within a three-month window of purchase.

Do you offer payment plans?No, however, the Menopause Four-Week Transformation is a smaller, more affordable coaching package. Occasionally, I offer one-off meal plans, which you can find out about by signing up for my email list.

How long do I have to use the sessions?I recommend attending the sessions once per week for best consistency and results. Regular sessions will allow us to address challenges as they arise and maintain momentum toward your goals.

What if I miss a session?I require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. If you do not show up for your session, you will forfeit that session and will be charged for it. I understand that emergencies occur and will be treated on a case by case basis.

I've tried everything and nothing works. How do I know if this program will work for me?If you’ve struggled with consistency, motivation, or past failures, this program can help. By focusing on mindset shifts and sustainable habits, you’ll discover what’s been holding you back and develop the tools to move forward.

Do I need to be vegan to go through this program?No. However, the foods I discuss are all vegan.

Is this program a huge time commitment?Not at all! This program is designed to fit into your life. Small, consistent steps are the focus, so you can make progress without overhauling your entire schedule.

Do you offer refunds?I don’t offer refunds because all the program content is available online as soon as you join. This ensures you have immediate access to start your journey right away. If you have any questions or concerns before signing up, I’m happy to help so you can feel confident in your decision.
