HI, I'M ANNA

I am a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, Health Coach, and an instructor of meditation and yoga nidra.  I have been vegan for over a decade and strict vegetarian since the late 1990s. 

In my own menopause journey, I struggled with weight gain, fatigue, and feeling out of control of my body, and was able to lose 25 pounds in a sustainable way.

 

Now, I am passionate about helping vegan women in menopause improve their nutrition, feel more confident in their bodies, build consistent habits, and lose weight in a way that lasts.
